the location is excellent near the river. the breakfast offered many delicious options. the room was modern with a comfortable mattress.
the furniture looked like flat pack from ikea. bath towels were of very poor quality. the hotel did not provide properly fitted bedside tables.

the location is quite convenient being near the station yet secluded. the holbeinsteg foot bridge is very close allowing easy walks to museums. my room was quiet and the thermostat worked great to control the a/c. i appreciate the late checkout time at 12pm.
the towels are somewhat thin.

this hotel sits on a quiet street approximately ten minutes from the railway station. many scenic spots are within a convenient walking distance. i found it easy to get around and explore the area.

My room was a superior best view. there were lots of lights, and also plugs for devices. the breakfast had more than enough of everything. lots of healthy options. the coffee was excellent. I appreciated the food quality and the variety.

hot roomcity noise
the room was much too hot. i could not adjust the temperature at all. a person came to the room several days after i reported it, but the only fix was to turn off the ac and open the window. this barely worked and i had to deal with city noise.

The location was GREAT for getting into town.
The parking situation seemed unclear to me. The information I got at the front desk did little to clear things up. I was also told that there was no cooling, only heating, so I only had the option of opening the window. I was unable to get the temperature in the room down to a comfortable sleeping level, which i found disappointing.

the hotel is near the river. i enjoyed walking and running there. several restaurants are also close by. the transportation options are excellent.
there was no coffee maker in my room. i asked for one but the hotel didn't have any available. i knew this was not true since someone else had one. i only had a kettle and instant coffee.

The breakfast included organic options. I deemed that adequate.
I found the parking situation unclear upon arrival. The front desk staff did little to resolve the confusion, and the pricing for the apcoa garage seemed illogical. i would expect precise details for parking solutions.
